Wake Up – 7am

Breakfast - 7:30am

Meet and head towards venues - 8am

Today's Theme: Volleying

8:30: Warm Up and explanation

9:00-9:30: Feeding for Volley practice

9:30-10:00: Volley routines

10:00-11:00: Volley conditioned Games

9:00-11:00: Ball machine 2 players at a time come from main group and hit volleys aiming for targets

11:00 -12:00: Split into 3 groups rotating:

Group 1&2: playing King of Court with 3 players on 4 courts moving up and down depending on scores. Targets hit give extra points
Group 3: 1 group performing circuit
Rotate 3 times every 15 minutes

12.00-12.15: Stretch

12:15-1:30pm: Lunch & Rest

1:30: Warm up and explanation of afternoon activities

1:45-3:15: 4 groups rotating:

Group 1 – Resistance Band training
Group 2 – ball machine and feeding target hitting – score!
Group 3 & 4 – offense defense match
Rotate 4 times every 20 minutes

3:15-4:15pm: Matches

4:15-4:30: Stretching

4:30: Dorms: rest or go for a swim

5:30-6:00: Dinner

7:00: Activity. Includes – soccer, movie theatre, quiz night, bbq, fun squash competition, matches
