Sample of our daily schedule:

Wake Up – 7-7:30am

Breakfast - 7:30-8:30am

Today's Theme: Volleying

8:45: Warm Up and explanation

9:00-9:30: Feeding for Volley practice

9:30-10:00: Volley routines

10:00-11:00: Volley conditioned Games

9:00-11:00: Ball machine 2 players at a time come from main group and hit volleys aiming for targets

11:00 -12:00: Split into 3 groups rotating:

Group 1&2: playing King of Court with 3 players on 4 courts moving up and down depending on scores. Targets hit give extra points
Group 3: Fitness: Volley movement practice
Rotate 3 times every 15 minutes

12.00-12.15: Stretch

Lunch & Rest

1:45-2pm Warm up and explanation 

2:00-4:30: 4 groups rotating:

Group 1 – Resistance Band training
Group 2 – Ball machine and target hitting – score!
Group 3 & 4 – Matches
Rotate 4 times every 30-45 minutes

4:30pm: Group Stretch

Swim/Town/Free Time/Student Center

5:30-6:30: Dinner

7:00: Activity. Includes – soccer, movie theatre, karaoke, trivia night, bbq, & more squash!
